A Heart Wood Carving of a green heart. It could be a personalized Anniversary gift. This is the best gift ever for many occasions. I am Gary Burns the Treewiz and I carved everything in my shop. I can Personalize it on the back for no extra charge if it is something simple like a short sentence and date. It measures 21" tall x 13 1/4" wide x 2" thick. This piece is very dimensional. This Is a Big Leaf Maple Burl. It has the outside edge of the tree with the bark in the upper right lobe. I love it when I can design a piece like this! The grain is highly figured and is very showy. It is really an exceptional piece of wood! It is very hard to describe. I dyed it a Green color. Love the way it shows off the grain!! Really a fun piece!!

These hearts are each a unique piece. I don't use patterns and each piece of wood is of the highest quality. I don't take any short cuts when it comes to the materials that I use. I have been carving full time since 1978. I still love what I do. There is still something to be amazed about every day! That is what Life is all about to me. LOVE AND GRATITUDE!! :)

It is flat on the back so it hangs on the wall. I added a metal wire hanger for hanging and signed Wiz on the back.

Care instructions
All of my carvings have a lacquer finish. Dusting with a feather duster or blowing off with a compressor is all that is necessary on the carved trees, fish and carved faces. I use Orange oil on the smooth surfaces. This will perk them up. I would do it as often as you polish your furniture. Once a month would keep them looking great but is not necessary.
When will I get my purchased carving?
I will contact you as soon as I get your order. I will package it that day or the next. I take it to the Post Office the next morning. If I get an order on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday it will be in Monday mornings mail.
How will my carving be shipped?
I use Priority United States postal service mail.
Do you ship outside of the US?
I do ship outside of the US. I need to know the carving that you are interested in and your complete shipping address. I will figure what it costs to ship to your address and make the changes to the listing so that you can make the purchase.
